Job Advertisement: Payroll Specialist
Systemair is a world-leading group in ventilation with operations in 54 countries across Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and Africa. Since its founding in 1974, Systemair has shown positive operating results. Over the past 15 years, the average growth has been around 10 percent. The company manufactures and markets energy-efficient and sustainable products that contribute to an improved indoor climate and reduced carbon emissions. We ensure that there is clean air that allows us to live and work together.
Do you want to work with payroll in a positive environment where sustainability, innovation, and well-being are central values? Then this could be an opportunity for you! Systemair, based in Skinnskatteberg, is looking for the right person for a fixed-term employment, tentatively starting in early summer 2026 and lasting for just over a year.
About the Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our entire payroll process is characterized by quality and reliability. From day one, you will be an important part of our HR and payroll team. Here, you will get to work with details while also thinking long-term about smart working methods and improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire payroll process for one or more companies/units in Sweden
- Performing various HR administrative tasks
- Supporting managers and employees with payroll and contractual issues
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, collective agreements, and internal policies
- Participating in the development of routines, processes, and systems within payroll
- Collaborating with HR, finance, and other functions
Who We Are Looking For
You appreciate order and structure but also thrive in a dynamic environment. You are curious, unpretentious, and find it perfectly fine to laugh at both strange error codes and odd receipt documentation – as long as we solve them together. Perhaps you have recently completed training in payroll and want to establish yourself in the profession?
We believe you have:
- Post-secondary education in payroll, finance, HR, or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- A service-oriented, meticulous, and solution-focused attitude
About the Company
We are a global player in the manufacturing industry with a focus on energy-efficient and sustainable solutions for a better indoor climate. We are part of a larger group, have a long history, stable growth, and a culture where it is perfectly okay to be both professional and human.
With us, you will encounter:
- A development-oriented culture where ideas are welcomed and tested
- Values such as sustainability, customer focus, flexibility, and joy at work
Why Work With Us?
We know that life is more than work, and we try to live as we preach.
We offer:
- Flexibility and a work environment that prioritizes work-life balance
- A daily routine with both independent responsibility and a strong team spirit
- A positive, supportive, and unpretentious culture where we succeed together
Does this sound like something for you? Submit your application via our application form in the recruitment system. We will evaluate applications on an ongoing basis, so we look forward to your application as soon as possible - but no later than April 5th.
